Multi-Wing has established a separate business unit, Wind Dynamic
aps, for sales of micro wind turbine rotors.
The reason for separating the business of micro wind turbine rotors
from the business of axial impellers is to maintain Multi-Wing’s
focus on the latter.
Wind Dynamic aps develops, manufactures and markets micro wind turbine
rotors only, and not the complete micro wind turbine. However, if
you are interested in the complete micro wind turbine, we can refer
you to a high-quality supplier.
Wind Dynamic aps was established in 2006 and its product range is
therefore still narrow, offering only one type of micro wind turbine
rotor, the 3WTR. The range will not be extended this year; however,
we plan to develop smaller and larger wind turbine rotors in 2008.
Harnessing the wind’s possibilities, a micro wind turbine with Wind
Dynamic rotors can extract up to 40% of the energy of the wind
passing through the swept area of the rotor. The micro wind turbine
starts at 4m/s and has a rated output of 1kWh at wind speeds of
12m/s. It can be used for producing electricity, pumping water, heat
generation or similar operations.
The 3WTR is based on modular, standardized components and can be
configurated with 3, 4 or 5 blades. The diameter of all three
configurations is 1750mm; however, the rotor can be cut to other
sizes to fit your application. Because the 3WTR is manufactured from
standard components, we can offer you an individual solution at
off-the-shelf prices.
